The Central Avenue development in Naples, Florida is a low-rise community that offers residents the best of both worlds: the tranquility of a quiet residential area and the convenience of being just minutes away from the city's bustling downtown. Developed by The Ronto Group, Central Avenue is designed to provide a luxurious living experience for its residents. 

Archiform 3D was engaged to visualise the entire project, including the exterior and interior designs of the condos. We used cutting-edge 3D technology to bring the development to life, showcasing the spacious apartments and the impressive array of amenities available to residents. The community features a beautiful courtyard with lush landscaping and a resort-style pool deck, providing residents with an oasis of tranquility in the heart of Naples. 

The visualisation package included customised interior concepts and presentation imagery developed in collaboration with The Ronto Group, featuring a variety of brand-name furniture pieces to create a sense of luxury and refinement. The project was completed in phases, allowing us to give each condo a unique and personalized touch.

Spatial 3D Experience

Central Avenue is also presented as a live Spatial 3D experience, allowing buyers to move naturally through the courtyard, pool deck, cabanas, amenity areas and surrounding landscape directly in a browser. Unlike a traditional gallery or video, Spatial 3D gives viewers a clear sense of scale, flow and atmosphere before the project is built, using the device already in their hand.
