We use our own analytics to understand which projects people explore, how the website performs and where an estimate becomes an enquiry.
What we measure
Page and project visits, active engagement, scrolling, image-gallery navigation, interactive experience starts, pricing activity and successful quote or document actions. We also record broad browser and device information, approximate network location, referral sources and campaign labels.
Active time measures visible, focused engagement. An open tab alone does not count as active time. Embedded experiences can report their start and stop; interaction inside an external viewer is only available when that viewer supplies compatible Discover events.
What stays out
Our analytics does not read your contact fields, project briefs, uploaded document contents or document filenames. It does not retain raw IP addresses, complete page query strings or use device fingerprinting. Local network-location lookups stay on our server and are approximate.
Random browser identifiers help recognise repeat visits. They do not tell us your name. A different device or cleared cookies may appear as a new visitor.
Storage and choices
Our analytics uses first-party browser cookies for a visitor identifier (up to one year) and a session identifier (30 minutes, renewed during activity). Analytics records are retained for up to one year, with expired records removed in batches. Access to the reports is restricted to the authorised Discover platform owner.
Our tracker respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. You can also turn off Archiform analytics for this browser below. This setting concerns our first-party analytics; it does not disable cookies needed to sign in, prepare a quote or upload documents.
Quotes and other services
Information you deliberately submit through an enquiry, quote or document upload is handled by that service so we can respond and review your project. It is separate from the anonymous analytics journey.
Some pages also use the existing Google Analytics service. Interactive examples, map tiles and linked services are supplied by their respective providers. Those services may receive connection information when loaded and follow their own privacy practices.
