For Hilton & Hyland, Archiform 3D developed an overall site concept for The Enchanted Hill at 2001 Benedict Canyon Drive. The approximately 120-acre property, owned by the estate of Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen, offered an extraordinary canvas for a private compound across five development sites.

Our work brought the separate parts of the estate into one visual story. Architecture, pools, landscaped terraces and outdoor spaces were considered within the hillside setting, with each area contributing to a larger composition. Aerial views reveal both the individual experiences and how the estate unfolds along its private road.

The property’s history reaches back to the 1920s, when screenwriter Frances Marion and silent-film star Fred Thomson established an estate here with a residence designed by Wallace Neff. The visualisations presented on this page depict a later concept for the land, rather than a reconstruction of that original home.

The images gave the marketing campaign a tangible vision of the site’s possibilities, helping prospective buyers understand its scale, setting and potential. The property sold for US$64.9 million in 2021. Archiform 3D’s contribution was the estate concept and visual presentation supporting its marketing.
