Archiform 3D assisted Adache Architects and the developer with the visual presentation of Old Town Square in Pompano Beach, Florida. The work supported discussions with local authorities as the proposal evolved through design revisions and negotiations.

Photomontages placed the proposed buildings into photographs of the surrounding area, making their scale and relationship to the neighbourhood easier to assess. This contextual approach helped the project team communicate the proposal beyond plans and elevations.

We continued working with the architect and developer as the design changed, updating the visual material to reflect the developing proposal. The collection ranges from broad aerial context to street-level views, architectural details and the shared pool courtyard.

The images record the design and review process at the time of our involvement. The project’s current website presents Old Town Square as an apartment and townhome community in downtown Pompano Beach; the visualisations here show the proposals developed during our commission.
